Christmas Around the World 1st grade at SME

Australia Students in 1st grade in Mrs Gonzalez room learned about how Xmas is celebrated in Australia. They decorated their own boomerang and ate cold pudding because Australia is hot during Christmas! They even learned Santa uses kangaroos instead of reindeer in Australia! It was fun wearing Australian hats during this wonderful learning experience.
