No Internet in my Classroom!

It appears that I cannot access the internet in my room.

If your computer manager is busy and you really need to see what you can do here are some suggestions.

1. Check to see that the network cable is attached to the computer as well as the network drop box on the wall.

2. If you have several computers that use a hub to connect to one drop, make sure the hub is plugged into to the electrical outlet. You may need to unplug and then plug-in the hub to reset it.

3. Test your computer again and see if you can connect to the internet.

If all fails wait for your computer lab manager to check if additional issues may be in place. Don't forget make note of everything you have already done.
