GOOGLE_HANGOUTS
(1) Log Into Google Email
(2) Click on Google Grid and scroll until you Find
(3) Hangouts and Click on the icon.
(4) Click on Video Call
(5) Click on Join or start a Meeting
(6) Give your Meeting a Nickname
(7) Email folks to join your Meeting (use laptops because they have microphones and cameras)
(8) Check out options to share screens or powerpoints or documents, etc. NOTE: you can add attachments by clicking on the lower left-hand corner. Here you will find. Meeting info to share
