Using TWO Modes (whiteboard/interactive mode)
Make sure you CHECK "Disable Interrupt Connections"
iPADS/iPHONE Control iProjection (Video) - Wireless control of Projector App (COOL!) Download the iProjection App from the App Store - FREE! This allows ANY iPad to share their screen wirelessly on the Projector Screen. If all iPads in your classroom have this App, the Teacher can request a Student to share (one at a time) their screen OR the Teacher may wish to control the screen with their iPad/iPhone as they walk around the room.
PC Control - Easy MP Network Projection (Moderator & Single PC - You may wish to install both programs)
\\host03\share\teachers\software\Epson_Projector
Copy and paste this address into the search box above the START button (bottom left screen) on your PC
You will see two software programs
The first one allows you to be a Moderator. The Moderator may choose which 4 computers are able to share their screens on the projector. The second software piece allows just a single PC to project. These "single" machines are seen by the Moderator. They are the machines that the Moderator can select for sharing their desktops. The Moderator is in control and allows up to 4 PCs to share at the same time. You may want students to practice being Moderators OR you may only want to download the Moderator software on your Teacher machine and you maintain control. It's up to you and your learning environment.

There are a couple of things you can tell teachers to do.
1. Don't advertise the Zoom address using social media.
2. Tell them to turn off sharing rights for their participant's screen and document sharing.
3. Make sure they know how to turn off one of their participant's videos.
4. Disable annotations
5. Turn off private messaging
6. Use the waiting room feature.
Here is a post from Zoom on this topic.
