Calendar_Event

Here is a QuickStart on "HOW TO PUBLISH AN EVENT on Calendar and Invite Others.

In 3 mouse clicks and 30 seconds, you can add an event to your own Calendar and Invite others so that it will notify them of the event.

Step 1: Log into Email,

To Open the Calendar,

Click on Google Grid and then Click on Calendar

Step 2: Double Click on the Day of your event to open an Event Window.

Step 3: Give your Event a Name - "Webinar in Studio"

Step 4: Uncheck ALL DAY and put in the correct time period

Step 5 Add Guests - add Tech_tech@arpisd.org (all techs in the Studio)

Step 6 SAVE
