Learning often happens not just by doing, but from thinking about what we do. Often we go through our day to day life without spending too much time “processing” our experiences.
I am challenging you to take some time to reflect on your week:
What made you smile?
How would you describe the week?
What are some things you learned?
What are things that made you laugh?
Now, after you have hopefully had some time to relax and rejuvinate this week, set 1 goal for next week.
