Professor,
The recently held FDP at YIT, Moodabidri was very good. I was very happy to see the energy and enthusiasm of the organizers and participants. During my presentation and afterwards very relevant questions were asked to clarify many doubts. The FDP took the participants to a IoT Lab in MIT and it was very hands-on. The participants benefited from the FDP immensely. I wish the department and YIT all the very best.

As I mentioned in my feedback speech at the valedictory function, the pre-FDP advertisement and engagement were good. All the sessions were well planned and executed. Thanks for the bus facility. The canteen provides delicious food, but since I am a vegetarian, it is a bit uncomfortable to have food at the canteen. Clean and beautiful campus. You have conducted the FDP in a professional manner. I take this opportunity to thank the management, organizing team, and department. Thank you again.

Thank you for organizing such a wonderful FDP. The FDP was indeed the need of the hour. Everything right from the beginning till the very end was planned, organized, and executed in a meticulous and calm manner.
Positives
1. I really liked how student volunteers were involved in not just organizing part, but also in a learning capacity
2. I nowhere felt that the workshop was rushed. Your calm presence made everyone feel very comfortable.
3. Contents covered were relevant, and was delivered well.
4. Field visit was really good. I have to specially appreciate you in this regard as you had to change your plans in the very end. Even then, your quick thinking made our field visit very memorable.
5. Lab facilities are very good. The Internet was working well, systems were working well, and there was no hindrance because of computer or network related problems.
6. The communication from your side was fantastic. The way you kept track of everything via WhatsApp messages is really commendable. The way you ended every day's session by Thanking all the participants showcases your warm nature. It is really inspiring, and at the same time aspiring.
7. Coming to specific sessions, I really liked your session, and the one by Adithya. Really good and enlightening sessions. The way you explain things is really learner centric, and hence I was able to connect. I really liked the part where you added Engineering perspective to your explanations. You would always end by stating how we can connect this to students, which really is what all FDPs should be. FDPs should facilitate skill development in not just faculties, but also student community. This is what sets your sessions apart from other sessions and makes them unique and stand out from other sessions.
8. The welcome speech and Presidential remarks by Principal was very good, to the point, and had lot of inquisitive takeaways. Please convey my regards to Sir.
I thought a lot about what improvements can be suggested, but I found none in relation to overall conduction of the workshop. But in relation to specific sessions, these are my humble observations:
1. Some of the sessions were bit fast for me, and some were too generic
2. Lab programs were covered well, but more time could have been allotted for lab programs. It seemed hurried.
Last, but not the least, I would like to Thank each and everyone, right from the security brother (I forgot to ask his name, Sorry) who everyday used to greet me with a broad and lovely smile, to all the teaching and non teaching staff who directly or indirectly were involved in the conduction of this FDP.
A special Thanks to you
Sorry for the long message. I firmly believe when one does good work, it should be appreciated in full as it will empower them to do more good work
Let us keep in touch.
