Jennifer Bashara

Jennifer Bashara is an English Learner (EL) Teacher for Ypsilanti Community Schools, currently serving students at Ypsilanti Community Middle School. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BA in Elementary Education, endorsements in Integrated Science (K-8) and Teaching English as a Second Language (K-12).

Jennifer loves working closely with her students, their families and their teachers to support their learning. She also loves that she is able to learn so much about her students as well as be active in her school community.

Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Michigan. When she is not teaching, she loves to spend time at home with her family, working outside in her vegetable garden and having fun!
