Getting the lighting set up perfectly was difficult at first but messing around with the lighting/ trying new angles for photographing helped a lot to get the perfect photo. Using different techniques and experimenting with different angles and subjects allowed us to overcome most of our problems. The backdrop is important because it is crucial for the background of the photo, there was a couple that we would photograph from above that would capture a little bit outside of the backdrop so including the backdrop is crucial. A full solid color backdrop is crucial because you want all the focus to be on the subject. Editing is important because if the lighting is too bright or too dark it can easily be edited and can make the photo usable. Editing can really help out in creating a final product because you may not be able to get the lighting you want in person and editing can allow you to adjust lighting and increase the quality of the photograph. They influence the mood by changing the lighting around the face which in turn can portray different emotions and expressions. It was fascinating to see how much mood/ expressions can be altered due to just lighting alone.
