Terms of Reference
For each element of our Narrative for Success, we ensure that:
Directors are clear of their statutory duties and can see clear evidence that these are being met
Named Safeguarding Director
Named SEND Director
Trust and school policy and protocols are in place and reviewed appropriately
Schools can describe their N4S performance narratives accurately, including appropriate staffing (SENDCo and DSL)
Practice reflects policy and protocols through systematic case studies
N4S Professional development of staff is identified and implemented appropriately
Impact of policy is reviewed through the assessment of students
Schools identify and implement Risk, Mitigation and Impact (RMIs) for students appropriately
Schools use their resources effectively and are funded for what they provide
