Directors are clear of their statutory duties and can see clear evidence that these are being met

To ensure for safeguarding, that:
Schools can describe their appropriate staffing (DSLs & DDSLs)
Practice reflects policy and protocols through systematic case studies and triage
Impact of policy is reviewed through the assessment of student N4S
Schools identify and implement Risk, Mitigation and Impact (RMIs) for students appropriately, identifying those that are not safe
Safeguarding risk assessments are implemented appropriately
All regulated and non-regulated activity roles across the trust are appropriately trained
Safeguarding supervision processes are in place to ensure support for DSLs
To ensure or SEND, that:
Schools can describe their appropriate staffing (SENDCo)
Practice reflects policy and protocols through systematic case studies and triage
Impact of policy is reviewed through the assessment of students N4S
Trust aligned processes for the SEND graduated approach - Assess, Plan, Do, Review (APDR) - are implemented and effective in strategically implementing appropriate provision for SEND students
Through the trust graduated approach Risk, Mitigation and Impact (RMIs) are identified for students
Schools use their resources effectively and are funded appropriately for what they provide
SEND supervision processes are in place to ensure support for SENDC
To ensure for attendance, that:
