The quality of leadership in all roles is assessed and professional learning needs are identified and provided for.

Teaching and Learning within sessions are highly effective
Subject Leadership
Subject leaders across the Trust and within schools ensure the quality of the curriculum and that academic performance is maximised
Academic Performance process
Ambitious Minimum Expectations are accurately set and reviewed systematically for all students
Students receive the appropriate curriculum diet
Assessment of students is accurate and leads to positive mitigations
Appropriate mitigations are in place and have positive impact on academic progress
