All secondary schools are licensed to deliver the DofE award scheme:
All year 9 students are expected to engage and complete Bronze DofE programme (log to be added)
All year 10's who have good or improving HoWLs are offered to complete the Silver DofE programme (log to be added)

Careers education and guidance that meets legal requirements is in place and effective in all our secondary schools:
Each secondary school has a Provider Access Policy Statement ratified by the CEO which identifies the school's careers provision as per statutory requirements
Secondary schools are working towards meeting all 8 of the Gatsby Benchmarks and provide evidence of this.
Secondary schools monitor and evaluate destinations of student leavers.
The trust has a Career website which provides details of each secondary school's careers programme to that learners, parents and carers, staff and employers can access and understand as per statutory guidance.
All schools have a process for planning, approving, implementing and evaluating off site visits
The trust supports by providing resources, CPD, the monitoring of risk assessments and visits and providing feedback.
Each school has a named Outdoor Lead
Appropriate extra-curricular, enrichment and equitable activities are provided

Curriculum Design at Primary is appropriate and of high quality.
High Quality Subject Curriculum Design (Primary) - the intention is to align curriculum design in Primary schools to similar documentation as used in secondary schools. This is work in progress and scheduled to begin in summer term.
Curriculum Design (Intent) is of high quality. Curriculum intent statements articulate how we expect students to experience learning in this subject.
Curriculum Implementation is of high quality. Standards and progress maps show coverage and sequencing of subjects within our expeditonary context.
High Quality Subject Curriculum Design (Secondary)
Curriculum Design (Intent) is of high quality. Curriculum intent statements articulate how we expect students to experience learning in this subject.
Curriculum Implementation is of high quality. Each subject has a 5 year curriculum plan which is translated into mid term plans through planning for progress documents. There is a rubric which describes what high quality lesson planning should look like.
Curriculum Assessment (Impact) is of high quality - Student progress is recorded through subject grade books with grades based on commonly agreed assessment activities.
