The structure of governance of the Trust is reviewed and deemed fit for purpose

We are asking critical questions about the effectiveness of our governance, through the Trust, Board of Directors & Committees
The purpose, terms of reference and membership of each committee is reviewed
Each committee is focused on proving and improving our schools through positive actions which feed into school evaluation and development plans.

To ensure that all appropriate policies are in place, published through our websites, and reviewed on a regular basis
That any actions needed to put policy into practice is included in the Trust development plans and acted upon in a timely manner.
Publication and sharing of all appropriate information is adhered to, including Minutes of meetings, Articles of Association, Accounts, Register of interests, Public Sector Equality Duty Targets

Quality of communication to and from each stakeholder is evaluated. In particular;
Complaints at governance level are dealt with
Appropriate ways to access governors by all stakeholders is disseminated
Plans for Trust growth are shared and agreed

The Trust strategy for the effective use of technology is reviewed
