MAKE-UP CREDIT OPTIONS

If you failed a class and need to recover the credit, here are your options. Note: Original credit options give a letter grade, make up receives a "P."

EDGENUITY

Edgenuity’s credit recovery courses are designed to help students learn at their own pace and on their own time, focusing on exactly the concepts and skills they need to. The flexibility of these courses empowers students to catch up to their peers, recover lost credits, and graduate on time. Students will complete all modules for each course. At the end of the modules, they will schedule a proctored exam with their counselor. Students must score a 60% on the final exam to pass. They have 3 attempts to take the final exam. Each Edgenuity credit recovery course is $35. Each course can take up to 4+ weeks to complete. Students should see their counselor if they are interested in the Edgenuity program for credit recovery. 

NORTHRIDGE LEARNING CENTER

Northridge Learning Center is a private organization to earn either original or recovery credits. The cost is $65.00 for .25 credit. This program provides curriculum packets that you can complete at home. A final test is also required. The credit is sent to Weber High to be recorded on your transcripts once completed.
