Important to Remember

Test score rule: Test scores must be reported to the eligibility center directly from ACT or SAT (not valid on a high school transcript).

High School core-course list: Verify the classes you are taking appear on your high school's approved core-course list. Make sure to talk with your counselor to get this paperwork.

Amateurism questionnaire and final authorization signature: Remember to log back into your account your senior year and finalize your application before you enroll in college. If you are beginning college in Fall semester (August), you will need to complete the amateurism questionnaire and sign the final authorization signature on or after April 1st prior to enrollment.

Make sure your core courses are not duplicates (ex. Biology and Agricultural Biology are considered duplicates by NCAA, meaning the NCAA will only count one towards eligibility). Talk to your counselor to verify courses.
