Moira is a Licensed Social Worker who works with adults navigating life transitions. She enjoyed supporting those adjustment to college and differentiation from family of origin, and relationship challenges. She works also with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. Her approach integrates relationally focused psychodynamic therapy with CBT, DBT, and experiential interventions, while acknowledging how social, cultural, and systemic factors shape clients' lived experiences. Moira values creating a warm, authentic, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
