Sherry is a bilingual (english/spanish) trauma therapist with extensive experience working with children and families who have experienced significant trauma. While she has formal training in evidence-based approaches including CBT, Trauma Focused-CBT , and CPP (child parent psychotherapy), she has found that healing from complex trauma often requires a flexible and personalized approach. She tailor’s treatment to each individual, drawing from evidence-based tools within a trauma-informed and attachment-based framework.
