Insurance and Rates

We accept most major insurance plans for Pennsylvania, including:

Coverage can vary, and not all plans include mental health services with our providers. We encourage clients to contact their insurance provider directly to verify coverage.

Please note that we are not in-network with Medicare.

For those without insurance coverage or who prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer private pay options. Sliding scale fees may be available based on financial need.

During the intake process, our billing team will contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage with our practice and determine whether teletherapy services are included. Once we receive this information, we’ll follow up with you to review your benefits, including any copays, deductibles, or limitations, so you know what to expect before your first session.

Good Faith Estimate

The No Surprises Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2022, is a federal law designed to protect patients from unexpected medical bills, often called "surprise bills."

Under the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate is a cost estimate provided in advance to individuals who are either uninsured or not using insurance for a medical item or service. It’s meant to help patients understand and prepare for the expected costs of their care—before receiving it. If you received a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. 

Our individual therapy sessions out of pocket cost are $150 per session

Our Family/Couples therapy sessions out of pocket cost are $200 per session

If there is significant financial need, you may request sliding scale at intake screening, this is determined on a case by case basis.
