Betsy is a licensed social worker who centers warmth and curiosity in sessions. She works collaboratively with clients to honor their needs while drawing from evidence-based modalities. She’s received advanced training in attachment theory and views connection as a strength. She utilizes ACT, CBT and narrative therapy. She works with clients across the lifespan and has a particular interest in helping clients through life transitions, grief, and trauma. Betsy also enjoys working with couples and families.
