Kathleen works with adults and teens to support them in making meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is both supportive and practical. She creates a grounded, welcoming, and open space that helps clients discover insights into their lives, name what values are important to them, and set their own goals for therapy. She uses a collaborative, client-centered, strengths-based approach and draws from evidence-based practices including CBT, motivational interviewing, systems therapy, and psychoeducation.
