Melissa (she/her) is a Licensed Social Worker who supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, compassion fatigue, relationship concerns, identity development, life transitions, and other life stressors. She offers a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported as they explore challenges, build insight, and recognize their strengths.

Melissa believes therapy is a space for learning, healing, and growth. She works alongside clients to build on their strengths, deepen self-understanding, and develop the tools to navigate challenges with confidence. Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in harm reduction. She incorporates CBT, ACT, DBT, and Systems Theory to support each client’s unique needs.
