Kristen is passionate about supporting clients from all backgrounds, honoring their unique experiences to foster meaningful, lasting change.  She is very confident working with Anxiety and Depression and has a special interest in identity development, emotional regulation, relational issues, and trauma. Before becoming a clinician, Kristen worked with individuals with traumatic brain injuries, which deepened her appreciation for resilience and reinforced her commitment to client-centered care. Kristen is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
