Lexi is an empathetic and passionate licensed social worker who is committed to making clients feel safe, supported, and empowered. To individualize each client's treatment in a way that is supportive for them, she draws from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy. She has experience working with individuals from middle childhood to early adulthood, and particularly enjoys working with adolescents and emerging adults. Lexi practices from a strengths-based and social justice-oriented framework, and specializes in supporting clients who are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and other life stressors.
