Taylor Sparks, LPC (she/her)

Taylor is an LPC counselor and a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT).  She takes an integrative, multi-cultural, client-centered approach to care.  To meet client needs, she blends evidence-based techniques like Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, Play Therapy, and Dance/Movement Therapy. Taylor specializes in supporting individuals experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns. Taylor has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Taylor feels confident working with adolescents diagnosed with ODD, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
