Task: Following our community discussion led by Doris Rubio on August 5th's workshop, this working group was created to address promotion and tenure recommendations that are not biased against BIPOC.

Update: This working group met on Feb 10th, 2021. Currently a literature review is being prepared, and the topic of promotion and tenure guidelines and how people are being rewarded and valued for their work on mentorship, diversity, equity, and inclusion is being considered for discussion at the DPC Annual Meeting.
