ACOG/SMFM guidelines for antenatal surveillance (see table below) and ObG Project Summary on antenatal surveillence
For residency patients, all should have:
AFP at 16-18 weeks
20 week ultrasound (done at meriter/st marys)
Consider PCN allergy testing (see Prenatal tab for logistical details)
GTT at 24-28 weeks + Hgb/hct/antibody screen and syphilis re screen at 26-28 weeks
Rhogam at 28 weeks if needed
Tdap between 28-32 weeks
34 weeks on establish fetal position (by leopolds or US)
GBS around 36 weeks
