Willington Prep - Celebrating 140 years - 1885-2025
We cannot believe that we are nearly at the end of the year...and our time at Willington!
What a fun Shakespeare week we have had! We started with Shakespearean insults, followed by being the angel and devil on Macbeth's shoulders, when deciding whether or not to kill his noble friend Banquo. Finally, we ended with writing our own spells like the 'wicked sisters', to be performed next week: there will be a lot of hubble, bubble, toil and trouble!
In Humanities this week we have been presenting our Eastern European inter-railing projects - it was so interesting to hear all about everyone's trips, and we could not believe how diverse this region is - the architecture, food and activities were so exciting! In Maths, we continued with the final tasks from our MyMaths and Atom units.
Finally, we have been working really hard in Drama with our final dress rehearsal in full swing! We were so excited to give you a little taster of the show on Celebration Day and we cannot wait to show you all the whole thing next Wednesday!
Have a great weekend.
