140th Anniversary Summer Ball

The day is finally (nearly) here! Tomorrow we are looking forward to welcoming over 100 parents and teachers to the Cherry Red Records Stadium, Plough Lane, for an unforgettable evening of celebration. For those joining us, please find timings below:

7pm: Arrival - enjoy a drink and canapés overlooking AFC Wimbledon’s football pitch. Be wowed by our amazing magician’s tricks, try your luck at the casino tables and record the fun with our official photographer, all whilst enjoying live music from our talented singer. Don’t forget to scan the QR code to bid on any last minute auction or raffle items! 

8.15pm: Dinner  - Two courses of delicious food at your table. Find your places on the seating plan and see if you can guess the connection between the table names… the magician and photographer will still be on hand for magical moments and candid snaps. 

9pm: Auction and raffle winners announced. Sit back with your coffee/custom cocktail from the bar as Mr Brown announces the winners of the auction.

9.30pm: Our live singer returns to warm us all up for the dancefloor. Last chance to take a spin on the casino tables, and time to recharge your drinks for…

10pm: DJ set. We’re excited to bring you one of London’s top DJs to get us all up and dancing. Requests taken!

11.30pm-12am CLOSE. We hope you’ll all have had a brilliant night. 

Logistics:

• We encourage taxis / sharing taxis but, if you are planning to drive, the Events Team at the venue have informed us that there are normally no issues with guests parking at the Lidl car park opposite the stadium. Please be aware there may be time limits or restrictions in place and you park there at your own risk. 

• Please bring cards/cash if you would like to buy casino chips or extra drinks. 

• We have made every effort to ensure all table requests have been honoured. The tables are not individually seated. 

• Dress code: black tie.
