House Competitions
House competitions are upon us, and we will geuinely have some brilliant matches. Earhart have had a monopoly on House football for years now, but they will face stern competition in all age groups, it's going to be an awesome spectacle. On the same day we will be running our first ever House netball competition which is really exciting. The netball squad have been steadily developing throughout the term, so we expect to have a great afternoon with some thrilling matches as the boys and girls show off their skills. All information is now on SOCS, including information the the format. The dates are the following;
Years 3 & 4 football and netball - 29th November
Years 5 & 6 football - Wednesday 4th December
Parents are of course welcome and encouraged to come and support. We are looking to run all competitions at Drax.
Have a great weekend.

On Sunday we had two boys competing in the Surrey Ski Championships in Aldershot Ski Centre and we are so proud of them. Freddie (Yr 5) came 7th in the Prep competition, with only 1 second between him and the eventual winner. That is an amazing performance and I can't wait to see him have another go next year.
Rory (Yr 4), was competing against skiers much older than him but he still managed to put in three competitive runs, ending up a mere 5 seconds behind top spot, so he can be very excited about next year's competition! Well done both.
On the subject of skiing, we have a space which has opened up on next year's Willington trip to Passo Tonale. The trip is for pupils currently in Years 4, 5 and 6. Please click here to access the ski hub which has all of the information you will need to make your decision. It will be an amazing trip, and one that they will remember for the rest of their time at Willington.
