What a fantastic week we have had in the  Nursery this week. We joined Hansel And Gretel and their adventurous journey through the deep dark  mysterious woods that were filled with magical creatures trying to find  a safe  pathway to the Ginger breadman House!  We followed a trail of shells, bricks and stones to lead us through the forest. A big giant  house that we all enjoyed making and decorating with lots of biscuits, cakes, sweets and lollipops! using different coloured pens, pencils and oil pastels.

The children also enjoyed making their individual  cardboard houses and they decorated them with lots of different media and materials to take home.

We have also watched and  listened to The Cbeebies Hansel and Gretel on stage with Andy, the children loved the show and were acting it outside!

Our  letter of  the week is 'Aa' for ant, apple. The children sang  along to the jolly phonic  rhyme and even tried some delicious apple.
