Some of the brilliant Christmas Poster Competition entries.
Reception have been working on their collages inspired by Mondrian, experimenting with printing. Well done to William, Andy and Alex.
Year 1 have been developing their observational drawing skills further. Beautiful artwork created by Oscar, Huxley and Alex.
Year 2 have been learning further about the artwork of Marilyn Lowe, inspired by the patterns seen in bacteria. Well done to Anaik, Ben and Boris.
Year 3 have been mastering collage, using the shapes we can see in Henri Matisse's paper cuts. Well done Neil, Yougeon and Keeran.
Year 4 have begun to learn how to develop their painting skills, with a special mention to Heather, Vasil and George.
Year 5 have been investigating the artwork of Jonjo Elliott, looking closely at house plants. These drawings are by Vihaan, Ren and Charlie.
