What a wonderful start to our penultimate Christmas week !!!

We were so impressed with our shining stars  as they stood confidently and took  the stage to perform in their first Wilkington Christmas show! 

Each child was very pleased with their singing and the classroom was abuzz with chatter before and after the show as the children were so happy to sing to their parents.  Well done nursery. 

This week we were soaring as we joined James and his  one and only Snowman as they embarked on their wondrous journey 

“walking in the air, floating in the moonlit sky” as our story of the week. 

We each made a unique Snowman with Mrs Mahmoud using white paper, felt tip pens to draw and form Mr Snowman special features,  googly eyes and mini coloured sticks for his arms and legs! The children showed great interest in this project over the past weeks and were very proud of their work and can’t wait to add it to their story bags to join the other story props.

We made a little surprise for our parents “Shhhhh” . It was so much fun and the children were very excited as they loved making a super Christmas surprise for their parents. 

The end of the week still has the children abuzz with excitement and energy as they look forward to the Christmas Fair…
