It has been another fun packed week, with fixtures taking up the majority of our afternoon games lessons. The Mall were our opponents and there was some hotly contested matches across the U8 and U10 teams. On Monday, our four U10 teams represented the school with pride, and it was great to see them all in action. On Tuesday, we witnessed a clean sweep of wins for the U8s which is such a brilliant start to the season. Well done to all those who wore the red and black stripes this week.
There is lots to look forward to in the coming weeks, football, netball or swimming galas against Ibstock Place, Surbiton High, Prospect House, Twickenham Prep, Harrodian and Milbourne Lodge. Exciting times.

We’re excited to be welcoming a top GB athlete to Willington through a company called Great Athletes!
Pupils will take part in a sponsored fitness circuit led by Olympic Sprinter Victoria Ohuruogu, and come home with some important and inspiring lessons learned during a motivational assembly and Q&A session.
Not only will the visit connect the pupils with an extraordinary athlete role model, but they will hopefully learn a bit more about what it takes to become a professional athlete.
