Middle School After School Live Athletics - Volunteer Opportunity for K-12 Guardians:
We are excited to be relaunching our Middle School ASLive Athletics program, which is open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. We are looking for VOLUNTEER COACHES to make this possible. Teams will meet twice a week throughout the season for practices and games. Practices and games last from 3:15 – 4:15 PM every day except Wednesdays. Students will finalize their paintings! 8th grade will also be learning about gallery life and what it looks like to be a practing artist. Each 8th grader will choose one of their projects to display in our classroom art exhibition.
Next week in art we will continue working on our artist portfolios. The portfolios will show two elements of art; line and color through knowledge of the color wheel, and 6 types of line.
