Growth Mindset: The belief that you can develop your strengths and improve weaknesses through hard work, dedication, and grit.

Grit: The ability to perservere through tasks, even when they are difficult.

GROWTH VS. FIXED MINDSET

Having a growth mindset means understanding that you can develop your own strengths and improve your weaknesses through hard work, dedication and grit. It's knowing you are capable of anyhitng you put your mind to.  It also means accepting your mistakes.  People with a fixed mindset are more likely to give up on tasks, feel poorly about themselves, and avoid challenges.  But, people with a growth mindset encourages people to try new things, embrace challenges, and develop strong confidence.
