Positive Self-Talk: The practice of using your inner voice in a positive and encouraging way.

Lesson 2.1

WHAT IS CONFIDENCE? 

To believe in yourself and your abilities.  Confidence can help us feel good about ourselves, stay motivated, reach towards our goals, take bigger risks, and even get back up again when we make mistakes. 

Something that can feel very uncomfortable is complimenting ourselves.  It is a great way to boost your self-confidence and hype you up in life.  Give it a trey and remember to write each response in a complete sentence with a beginning capital letter and ending with punctuation. 

Lesson 2.2 Compliment Yourself
