EMOTIONAL AWARENESS

We will increase our emotional vocabulary.

We will consider, discuss and identify our own emotions. 

Emotional Self-Awareness: The strong belief in yourself and your abilities. 

Emotional Vocabulary: The practice of using your inner voice in a positive and encouraging way. 

Take a second and list as many emotions as you can think of.

In order to increase our emotional vocabulary, it is important for us to look at the whole spectrum of emotions.  For assignment 3.1, rank each set of emotions from least (1) to greatest (8).
