Xero My Payroll puts you and your employees in control, and cuts down payroll admin time.
Your employees will be able to:
see and download their payslips
complete a timesheet if required
request time off
Payroll administrators will be able to:
approve / decline timesheets
approve / decline time off requests
Access Xero My Payroll through the web or the Xero Me app.

Check each employee has an email address.
Go to Payroll > Employees, select the relevant employees and click 'Invite to My Payroll'.
They'll receive an email invitation. Once they've accepted it, they can login to My Payroll online, or download the My Xero app. Here's our employee guide.
