Your role as roundtable host is to ensure that your session runs smoothly, and to steer the conversation in the right direction.
This is an interactive discussion and all attendees should be encouraged to participate.
As the moderator of the discussion, your role is not to deliver a presentation on the topic, but to facilitate an open environment in which participants can be comfortable in sharing their own thoughts and opinions.

Each roundtable should be one hour long, bringing together 10 to 12 participants alongside the roundtable leader (you).
Formal introductions are not recommended during your session, as it is imperative that the roundtable does not extend beyond one hour.
If you feel introductions are necessary, please ensure they take no longer than three minutes at the beginning of the session.
There is no need to prepare a presentation or slides for your roundtable. You will be able to view who is attending your roundtable via the Web Summit app prior to the event.
