Overview
Your 15-second advert will be played nine times across the three days of Web Summit.
All adverts will play on each day of the event, during lunchtime, on the two Web Summit outdoor screens. As the advertisements will play on outdoor screens during busy lunch hours, please note that the environment will be a ‘festival style/feel’.

All video advertisements are subject to review by Web Summit
The video advertisement must be of broadcast quality. Please see an example here.
Please submit your advertisement recording through this form before or on October 7, 2022.

Please note that adverts promoting other events is not permitted.
15-second video advert format requirements
The file needs to be in 16:9 format, at 1080p (highest quality)
Your video advertisement must be submitted as an a.mp4 file
Any advert files longer than 15-seconds will not be accepted
Audio requirements
We highly recommend submitting your advert with background music only
If you choose a voiceover, you must submit your advert with subtitles
Web Summit retains control to adjust the audio level of the advert during the event
Be wary of copyright around audio clips
Submit music and footage licences if using third-party clips or audio
All content is subject to final approval by Web Summit
