Themed ‘survey walls’ allow our partners to engage with attendees, who can easily share their opinions on specific topics.
The front of each wall features three questions under a theme that attendees can answer in a tactile way. The simpler the questions on the survey wall, the better.
The wall backdrop will carry Web Summit colours, and your logo will appear in the top corner. You can feature your logo, brand colours or anything else you’d like to share on the back of the wall*. Use this template to design the artwork for the back of the survey wall.
Content survey walls:
Provide visual evidence of direct engagement with your brand.
Offer attendees with an appealing and tactile way of engaging with critical tech topics.
Generate data on topics relevant to your business/industry. These statistics can be used in related content, extending the product’s usefulness and influence.
Position your business as thought leaders related to Web Summit’s activitations. As walls are strategically placed on the Web Summit floor, you can select the audience you want to engage with. For example, if you want to build a survey wall about TikTok, the wall can be positioned near the PandaConf stage and people interested in marketing.
The deadline to submit your survey wall brief is September 26. The deadline to submit the artwork for the back of the survey wall is also September 26. You can submit your survey wall brief and artwork (for the back of the wall) here.
*The Collision editorial team will have final approval over content displayed on the survey wall.
Step one: Choose a theme and location on the event floor for your survey wall from a list of options provided by the Web Summit team.
Step two: Select content for the survey wall. There are two options:
A. Web Summit curates a number of questions for you to review. You choose a top three to go on the wall. Your partner success manager will liaise with you and the editorial team to agree on the final format of the questions. (As the wall is interactive, content often needs to follow a specific editorial structure).
B. You provide six questions for review by the editorial team. We then choose the most suitable three after liaising with you and your partner success manager.
Step three: The Web Summit production team will design and assemble your survey wall for the event in November. You must also provide a company logo (vector format) to feature on it.
As part of the survey wall product, you are entitled to a video interview at the event. Please nominate a representative who will be available for an interview, on the floor, during Web Summit.
Following Web Summit 2022, we will compile the wall results and publish it as a survey blog article, along with the video.
