Corporate Innovation Summit (CIS) is a one-day, invite-only event right before Web Summit, an event that “brings together people and companies redefining the global tech industry”, according to CGTN. Expect intimate roundtables, masterclasses and networking events – all with the people operating at the head of modern enterprise.
Registration for CIS, and the opening dinner and drinks, will take place on Sunday, October 31. The dinner and drinks venue will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
The full CIS event will take place on Monday, November 1 at the Academia da Ciencias de Lisboa.
The breakfast and lunch will take place on Monday, November 1 at the same venue. The CIS team will organise menus for both breakfast and lunch. Your partner success manager will share the menu options with you to review if required.

Please send your partner success manager the full name, job title and email address of your CIS attendees by Friday, September 30 at the latest.
As the official partner of the CIS breakfast and lunch, you will receive four event tickets. These attendees are expected to be executive level and subject to approval by the CIS team. Attendees must be confirmed (name, email and job title) at least four weeks prior to the event. CIS attendees will be afforded VIP access to Web Summit. Additionally, you will receive 10 partner tickets to Web Summit.
You will also receive passes for two additional guests to attend the breakfast and lunch. Please note these guests must also hold Web Summit tickets to attend.

Web Summit tickets are personal and they are valid for the duration of the event. There are no day tickets available for Web Summit.
Please note that the deadline for assigning tickets is October 27.
You must present your QR code and a photo ID at registration to receive your accreditation.

How do I assign my Web Summit tickets?
You can assign your tickets by following the link below to our ticket dashboard landing page. If your partner success manager has assigned the tickets to your email, enter it here. Please assign your allocated tickets to all attendees by October 27 to ensure that you don’t miss out on our newsletter highlighting event features and other information
When you enter the email address you will receive an email containing the link to your personal ticket dashboard, this link expires after 24 hours for security purposes (please allow up to 24 hours for this link to appear).
Once you have followed the link you will then see your tickets under the ‘My Orders’ tab.
By clicking ‘Manage Tickets’ you will be able to assign your tickets here.
Reassigning a ticket
It is possible to reassign (change the names on) your tickets if someone can no longer attend. The deadline for this is October 27.
Please ensure that you allocate all your tickets as soon as possible. Early allocation of tickets will allow you to create your Web Summit attendee profile and start networking with other attendees.
Please note that any staff working at your booth (not involved in build, load-in or load-out) should be allocated one of your Partner tickets.
The ticket is in your app
To gain access to the event, you will need to download the Web Summit app from the Google Play Store or the App Store (if you do not use a smartphone you can approach ticket support at registration where our staff will assist you). To access the app, please enter your email and your booking reference code. Your QR code can be found within the app in the “Profile section”.
Visa confirmation letter
Although we do not engage directly with any embassy, you can request a confirmation letter by signing into your attendee profile on my.websummit.com.
Once signed in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner. You’ll see a drop-down menu with an option to ‘Request confirmation letter’. You will be prompted to fill in your information, which our system will verify after you click submit.
