Each Web Summit Qatar ticket is assigned to a specific individual and is valid for the duration of the event. There are no day tickets available.
If somebody from your team cannot make it to the event, you can re-assign their tickets as long as the person has not collected their accreditation.
If you are bringing someone under 18 please contact the Partner Success team who can advise on the process.
Chairperson ticket holders have access to the Speaker's Lounge throughout the event.
All tickets must be assigned by January 29. We recommend assigning tickets as soon as you can to enable your team to begin networking.

Lead generation is a key objective for our partners.
To support this, we have developed a 'company scanning mode' within the Web Summit app.
We have recently launched 'lead lists' and 'lead tags' to enhance our company scanning mode.
We have also teamed up with Zuant to provide another lead-scanning option to our partners.
(available when switched on through your ticket dashboard by the ticket manager)
Toggle to switch between scanning as an individual or as your company. Attendees will receive connection requests once they are scanned.
Once you scan an attendee, they need to approve the scan on their app.
Why only grant access to those in my company?
Some partners allocate tickets to clients and partners. To avoid any GDPR breaches and give clients visibility into your leads, it's important to grant access only to your team members focused on lead generation. As a default, the company scanning mode is turned off.
It is important to grant company scanning access to people from your own company or organisation.
If you have any VIP or chairperson tickets included in your contract, it is possible to grant access to company scanning mode for these ticket types also.
During the conference, you’ll have access to the lead scanning feature in the app. Every time you scan an attendee’s badge and they accept it, that person will be added to your lead list. On the attendee portal, the event manager can create different lead lists ahead of time - for example, by topic, product, or team - and then assign tags to each person you scan, so you can organise and follow up more easily after the event.
You can add details to describe any lead list and its purpose, for example: All masterclass leads from Day 1.
Tags let you categorize scanned leads for easy filtering and follow-up after the event. You can create up to 6 tags.
Example tags: New Customers, Demo, Pricing Enquiry, Budget Holder, Decision Maker, etc.
