We do not engage directly with any embassy but, in order to support your visa application, you can request a letter from us confirming that you have a ticket to attend Web Summit.

How to obtain visa letter
You can request a letter by signing into your Web Summit attendee portal. To sign in, you will need your email associated with the Web Summit Qatar ticket. Once you enter your Web Summit portal, you will find the option to request Visa letter under Documents section.
Please note: It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require an entry visa to attend, volunteer or exhibit at Web Summit Qatar, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure
