You should have received an email to complete your company exhibition profile for our website and mobile app. If you need to update this profile you can manage it by logging into your Attendee hub. Please note only one team member can manage your company profile.

Once your company details have been submitted, your company profile will be featured on the Web Summit Qatar website and – when it’s launched closer to the event – the mobile app.
Please note, failure to complete this step will result in delays in promoting your online presence at the event and may result in exclusion from any additional contracted marketing perks.

Partner Success team will share an onboarding form with you. In this form, please indicate who shall be managing your ticket order for your company. They will gain access to a Ticket Dashboard, where they can assign tickets to your team.
Featured Attendee's/Speak to our Team
Featured Attendee's/Speak to our Team
Each profile has the option to feature selected attendees from your team.
These attendees will feature on the company profile and will be able to access the connections gained from this page.
These connections can be found in the leads section on the Web Summit app.
Once you have assigned your tickets, your Event manager can indicate the people who should be highlighted in the company profile using the Attendee hub.

This year at Web Summit Qatar, each partner will be provided with a unique QR code that leads directly to that partner’s profile page on the mobile app. There they can connect with the partner and any of its employees who are attending Web Summit Qatar.
