For all matters related to on-stand catering services, please contact the partnership success team and they will facilitate an introduction to the official event supplier, St. Regis. 

The final deadline for all on-stand catering orders is January 19. Please find the Catering order form here for your reference. 

 It is advised to order all required items via the official event supplier as any external catering (items or suppliers used) will incur a corkage fee of 3500QAR per exhibition stand per day, payable directly to the DECC.

• The preparation of food at stands is forbidden (cooking, frying, roasting, etc.) and so is their supply to the visiting public if the preparation, conservation, and supply of the products has not been carried out by companies authorised to provide these catering services.

Notes to mention:

• If you're planning to have catering, we suggest that you purchase cleaning, bins and a desk/table to place your order.

• Furniture  is not included in the catering service.

• If you're planning to bring any equipment that requires power, energy must be purchased. 

• For sustainable reasons we do not allow single use plastic at the event - please check prohibited items.
