Your networking reception will be located between Centre Stage and Stage 5.
This is a private area with no public flow during contracted hours.
The area has capacity for 100 people.
The venue will be at your disposal for 90 minutes.
Your networking reception will be advertised in our mobile app. Only attendees from your selected industry will be able to see it.
Attendees can RSVP at the Web Summit App.
You will have the space for 90 minutes.
We will provide cleaning for your networking reception.
Standard furniture.
One microphone and PA system, in case you want to do introductory remarks.
A TV will be at your event with your logo diplayed
Guest list management will be managed by your team. Make sure you have someone from your team at the entrance.
A branded board with your company logo will be placed at the entrance of the networking reception area.
Branded tent cards.
Online branding including event app, newsletter & website.
Fill your onboarding form as soon as possible, we need your company logo to create your branding items.
Fill the attendee portal with your company information.
