Attendee scanning mode

This lead-scanning feature is available to all attendees via the Web Summit mobile app. To get started, simply tap the "Connections" icon in the bottom navigation bar on the homepage and then click on the scanner.

Once you scan an attendee’s badge:

• Approval: The attendee must approve the scan on their own app to finalise the connection.

• Access: Your new leads are saved under Connections.

• Finding your list: To view them, tap the "Connections" icon in the bottom centre of the app or in the Web Summit Platform.

• Keep the contacts: You can export accepted connections' contacts to your email by clicking the "Export" button on the Web Summit Platform.

Leads report

Each team member can now receive a report of all the attendees who connected with your Company Profile. 

Go to the top right corner of the Web Summit Platform, where you'll find an option named "Leads Report". Once you click there, you'll find a button that says "Email me my leads". A CSV file will then be sent to your email.
