Please follow this link to access your tickets.
To log in, enter the email address you used when purchasing your ticket package. You’ll then receive an email with a link to your personal ticket dashboard. Click the link in your email or enter the OTP code.

On this page, the package owner can:
Manage the ticket package under “Manage Tickets”.
Assign tickets to your team by clicking “Assign Tickets”.
Complete your individual and company app profile
Once each ticket holder is assigned, they will receive an email with a link to the Web Summit platform. Here each person can manage their own event experience and update the company details.
Need extra startup tickets?
Need extra startup tickets?
You can purchase additional startup tickets for 475€ (tax included) each by emailing the Startup Success team at startupsuccess.lisbon@websummit.com. These extra tickets grant the same access as the startup tickets in your package, and the holders will receive weekly updates from the Web Summit team.

How do I access my tickets for the event?
Please make sure you have downloaded the Web Summit mobile app before arriving to the venue. On arrival at registration, you will need to show your QR code, which you can find in the app. Once you have registered, you will be given your event accreditation (a wristband and lanyard). Both the wristband and lanyard are required to enter the venue each day of the event. The mobile app will launch closer to the event.

To reassign a ticket, please log in here. The package owner can go to the "Manage Tickets" section to reassign a ticket.
Please note: Once you check in at the event, your ticket will lock, and you will no longer be able to transfer the ticket

Are tickets transferrable during the event?
No, when a ticket has been assigned and the person has registered at the event, it can no longer be reassigned and used by another team member.
What are the ticket policies for minors (under 18)?
What are the ticket policies for minors (under 18)?
Attendees who are 17 years old and under can attend the event with a Youth Ticket, but they must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
What is included:
- Access to the main event venue, the opportunity to participate in activations such as the PITCH Competition, Startup Showcase and Mentor Hours and access to the exhibition booth. A guardian must always accompany them in all of these situations.
What is restricted:
- They will not have a profile on the Web Summit app, their name won't appear in the attendee list or in any activation, if selected, and they cannot scan other attendees' lanyards or have one of their own;
- They cannot sign contracts or enter into official business deals with stakeholders during the conference or any related events;
- They cannot attend Night Summit.

We have launched our Developer programme, which offers up to two complimentary tickets to developers or technical members of your team not already attending. Tickets are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. These tickets are officially sold out.
