Web Summit 2026 takes place from November 9-12, 2026. 

On Monday, November 9, there will be no exhibition however, we will have our opening night event at the venue, followed by the first of our series of Night Summit events that evening. 

The main exhibition will take place on Tuesday, November 10, Wednesday, November 11, and Thursday, November 12, in Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena. The venue will be open from 8.30am to 5pm each day. 

On your assigned exhibition day, you and your team can enter the venue from 7.30am. Your exhibition date will be announced on or before October 29.

The full schedule – including a list of stages, stage times, speakers and Night Summit details – will be released at least two weeks before the event.

Registration

If you arrive in Lisbon a few days before the event begins, you will be able to collect your passes in advance.

Where to register:

1. Terminal 1 of Humberto Delgado Airport (also known as Lisbon Portela Airport), Alameda das Comunidades Portuguesas, 1700-111 Lisboa, Portugal

2. Adjacent to the venue: Pavilhão de Portugal, Alameda dos Oceanos, Parque das Nações, 1990-221 Lisboa, Portugal

How to register: 

You will need to download the official Web Summit app.

Once logged into the app, you can find your QR code. This QR code, along with your photo ID, will be required to register and collect your accreditation. Each ticket holder must collect their own accreditation.

Please make sure all your ticket details are complete before registering at the venue.

The Web Summit team cannot accept responsibility for any items shipped to the venue before or during the event. Instead, we recommend you contact your hotel or accommodation. Many will accept and store a shipment on your behalf until you check in.
